White Ladies Priory – Act VI

Set within the 12th century ruins, many local & international artists collaborated in a special art projection event. Under a starry night art, music & performance were celebrated as we reconnected with one another after the first lockdown.
The projection consisted of VI Acts, climaxing with the entrance of Hamlet from one of the arches after the appearance of his late father as the ghost was projected onto the ruin wall.

Four pupils from Penn Hall School, Wolverhampton kindly penned their thoughts on lockdown in poem form, which was then assembled into a short film by Graham Everitt – @gapinthemind with images & footage taken since the first lockdown in March 2020.

NEWWAVEART.org “STREET PROJECTIONS III” 24/26 June 2020. This time in Wolves at WV1 Studio, featuring the NEWWAVE Art Show which is currently in lockdown at The Viner Gallery (part of the Wolverhampton Grammar School).
The 25min projection has been edited to feature a series of short videos each consisting of several of the exhibiting artists. Special thanks to WV1 Studio for speakers, props & vibe.
